We've made it easier than ever to get started with templates so you can start using Magical (and start saving time) right away. Open the Magical app and click on the arrow next to the Create template button.
From here, you have 4 options. We'll go through them in this article or you can just skip to the bottom and watch our tutorial video at 2x speed (it won't hurt our feelings).
Import templates with a CSV upload
If you're coming from another app, you can quickly import all of your existing templates to use them with Magical right away.
Use our top-rated templates
If you're new to text expanders and want some inspiration, browse our top-rated templates and download a template pack or two. We have thousands of templates for you to choose from whether you're a recruiter, teacher, salesperson, or just trying to write the perfect networking email—there's something for everyone.
Sync Zendesk Macros
If you're a Zendesk user, you can also sync your Zendesk Macros to get started using Magical right away. Watch the video tutorial below!
Copy Paste History
