Customer Service Representative

Magical just outright isn't working for me and a few coworkers. The double slash drop down menu is not working either unfortunately. The menu will pop up but doesn't allow me to click the shortcuts and have them auto generate. My commands are also not working. Do we know if there's a fix for this?

I've noticed that rich text is not working as intended. Bullet points and numbering are not formatting correctly. Is there any way we can fix this?

I've been introducing Magical to my coworkers/leadership and they are absolutely loving it, and even considering having most if not all of the agents start using it! I'm very excited for Rich Text to be available to all users, as I'm loving it so far! It's been very helpful!

Hey guys! I’m a customer service representative based out of Utah and Magical is such a lifesaver! I use it to help with my chat/social/email contacts! Some goals I have for the community is to help us grow and also implement the add-on to many other platforms. Productivity definitely has grown when using Magical! I can’t wait to work with you all!
