I'm a customer support rep. from Argentina and my favorite thing about Magical is the new double slash feature. Reminds me of Intercom's # function.
It's rare for any kind of software to receive so much love in so little time as has happened with this one, and luckily this is a tool I use a lot. So my main goal is stay in touch and provide as much useful feedback as possible. The early access to new content also sounds very nice :)
Regarding productivity, you've got me, I'm gonna have to answer that one later when I learn something about it that I also remember 😂
