I am having an issue deleting more than one shortcut. So for example I click the delete icon for the first shortcut, it ask for confirmation, I confirm, and the shortcut is deleted. I proceed to the next shortcut, click the delete button and the delete icon changes color reflecting my click, but nothing else happens. I cannot delete a 2nd shortcut. I refresh by browser window, and now I can delete the shortcut, but again, I cannot delete a 2nd shortcut. Can anyone else duplicate this issue? Video attached.

Magicians.... I shared the app on one of my facebook groups today and this was the preview generated... can we make this look a little more attractive?

I have a shortcut "/+review2pet", when I use the / / to pull up my list of shortcuts, I do not get this one or any others that start with /+ in my list of choices. When I change the + to a 'g' for example, it works fine. I renamed the shortcut '+review2pet' and still not in the list. The + must be the issue. Anyone else find missing shortcuts in their list?

"shortcut name or prefix is already used"
As I am naming my shortcuts, I'm seeing that magic thinks I've got a duplicate name and doesn't allow me to use the shortcut name.
For example...
shortcut1 = '/lot1'
shortcut2 = '/lot14'
I get the error "shortcut name or prefix is already used"

I'm guessing only the first 4 characters are read in the shortcut name, and if that is the case then I would suggest updating the error message to also read, "first 4 characters must be unique. Personally, I'd like to have a few more characters available, but I'm guessing there is some compromises between magic speed and shortcut length. Thoughts?

GET FIRST NAME FROM FACEBOOK. I reply to a lot of Facebook messages... I would love to be able to have the senders first name coded, so that I could include their name in my canned (short cut) responses. For example. Hi %facebook_user_first_name%, thanks for reaching out to me regarding xyz.

TAKE THE MAGIC ON THE ROAD!!
There is a feature that I really think would make a massive difference in my productivity. I spend 50% of my day in the office and the rest on the road and in turn, on my phone. I need a way to take the "magic" with me when I'm on my phone. After I set up my best shortcuts in Magical, I sometimes add them as text replacement keyboard short cuts on my iPhone but copy and pasting via a text message or email. Keeping them both in sync is brutal and I often don't have the ones I need on my phone, or I can't remember the short code. I would love to see something where the shortcuts I have on my browser can go with me on the phone, so this way I can update in one place and use them anywhere. Not sure how this would be implemented, but if I could seamlessly use the same short codes regardless of where I'm working with redundant work, it would be ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐!! Maybe even just sync from Magical to the iPhone text replacement list with a feed! I don't know the answer, but I know the gain in productivity would be phenomenal. I can't speak to android, but I'm guessing there is similar functionality there as well.

Hey guys, I'm Donaven. I'm a real estate agent, team lead, and IT director for our firm. We have offices in Tennessee and Indiana. I use Magical every few minutes throughout my day and the time is saves me is incredibly beneficial. My #1 goal in being part of this community is to help in continuing to improve this platform and to help save me and my team time. I recently learned that I can't be as product on the go (ie my phone) as I need to be, and I need to get some resolution on this.
