I would love a way to group comments and then switch between them (yes, I know I can export and import). It seems that it would really help if I could use them for individual project.

Tips & TricksI don't know if you do this while using magical, but I always try to start my shortcuts with a character I normally don't use...and then the first few letters of the phrase. So, If I want to put in a comment about remembering to write in the counting, I name my shortcut "^cou"

Getting StartedHi, I'm a music teacher from Pennsylvania. I use Magical (Auto Text Expander) all the time with my grading, comments, emails to parents and so many parts of my teaching. My favorite thing about Magical, is the amount of time that I save for each of my "standard comments". Once I see more than 3 students make the same error, I make another comment so I don't have to type it a fourth. I really love that I can name each macro with something I remember. I hope that I will be able to pick up more tips and tricks from seeing how others use this tool.
