I am a scribe and a former medical transcriptionist. I used to use Instant Text and Shorthand but the virtual desktop ... that you might implement in the future?

I suddenly lost all my shortcuts today. What happened? When I try logging in, I get an "Unauthorized" message on the page. I have not logged in through any device.
