How do I get help if I'm having trouble with Magical?

I tried using Magical on another device and I lost all my shortcuts. I used my work login and it made me reset my ... but I'm not sure what I did wrong.

I just discovered Magical and i don't understand how it's possible that I've never heard of it before! It's just pure ... it be fixed in a future update? Thanks!

I am a scribe and a former medical transcriptionist. I used to use Instant Text and Shorthand but the virtual desktop ... that you might implement in the future?
