Kate Chen I only use Magical with Gmail, so it happens there. I don't really have a screen recording because it happens randomly. I can't really say when it will happen

Luuk Spierings - do you have any other chrome extensions installed? Sometimes chrome extensions can interfere with our expansion.

Kate Chen I have adblocker, Lastpass (a password manager) and notes for gmail. But not another text expander or something like that

Hey Luuk Spierings - we haven't heard other people report this issue yet... having difficulty reproducing. How frequently does it happen? If you could just take note of if there are any patterns for when it happens, that would be awesome.

Hi Kate Chen I am seeing this issue. Typing // is not triggering the Magical dropdown. It has been a week since I am facing this issue.

Hey Anu M - where are you trying to type // where it doesn't work? Does normal expansion work? Can you make sure you're on the latest Magical extension version? Go to your extensions page (chrome:// extensions), toggle on Developer Tools (top right), click Details for Magical, then Update (top left) to update your app.

I am having the same issue with the /s . I am trying to using it in google workspace SPACE with tasking..

I seem to have solved this issue Kate Chen The /s didn't work or worked sporadically - I went to my Magical settings and changed "Custom Dropdown Prompt" from 2 backslashes to two semicolons ;; . Now I have NO ISSUES.. I type my 2 semicolons, and it works every time!
