I am really hoping for an app and/or a feature that allows for mobile use. More specifcally I use the ZenDesk app and having Magical on there would help tremendously! (:

Kate Chen when is this planned? I just got a message from Harpaul Sambhi via email that there is not enough demand to develop this feature, but "if you build it they will come". If you tell people how it can help them I'm sure it would be a hit. Anyway, disappointed to hear it's not a priority.

Mobile app (android) would be amazing, even as a keyboard (I've seen those on iOS) with your shortcuts. I currently use Textpand (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.isaiasmatewos.texpand&hl=en_US&gl=US) and works similarly with shortcut and expansion. Would love one single system for all my team to use.
