Hi everybody! 👋 My name's Luke, I just started this week at Magical on the marketing team. Here's a tip I discovered today for anyone like me who is still learning all the ins and outs — did you know you can change the dropdown prompt from two backslashes to any other two keystrokes you want? All you need to do is go into the settings in your workspace to switch things up. (Neat!)

If anyone has any other little tricks for a newbie like me, I'd love to hear 'em!

If you have a long page that has several variables throughout the page, you can use your sidebar to see all those items all in one place in a concise list once you've created variables out of them. It's helpful if you are trying to reference items from throughout the page all at once in one spot. Then you can use the / / list while typing in other areas or windows to quickly turn those variables into shortcuts. I should make a loom to provide an example... Raincheck!

Hello, hey, how do I deactivate the SUPER invasive shortcust suggestions that pop up every time I click a text writing box?

It's interfeereing a lot with the interface, and it's unnecesarry, even worst, it can't seem to be deactivated.
