Try it today by going to your workspace and editing a shortcut. You should see text variable examples to get you started in the shortcut editor.
You may need to update your Magical version: Go to your extensions page (chrome:// extensions), toggle on Developer Tools (top right), click Details for Magical, then Update (top left) to update your app.

And when I use the same template in another Chrome-based application I use at work that uses text boxes powered by TINY, it treats all of the variables in my template as locked-down, single objects which then can't be modified at all in the text box. Not sure if that's something w/ how the templates are supported on your end, or on my end w/ the way my company has these text boxes built. Thanks!
